If there are lot of complicated systems this might not be the best system. If you have only some complexity Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is a product a technical or application person can wrap their hands around and understand the whole system.
In handling employees, SAP S/4HANA Cloud has been helpful by assisting us in payroll preparations. Procuring business products, especially those that entail factors of production, is also a beneficial solution. Marketing measures bring more clients on board, allowing us to attain the right growth and have robust sales revenue.
The new versions (9.2) of JDE has so much open functionality and really gives the user control over the screens and what they want to see. Love that the layout of the screen is really up to the user and what they want to see it along with freezing columns and creating favorites for way access.
It is so flexible with the system platforms that it can run on and so easy to customize since it supports so many databases.
It is intuitive and does not need to have a lot of training on how to use the software.

The technical support received by the ITT design teams and OS implementation team has been very useful in ensuring that the SAP ERP is well-tailored to our company's specific needs and operations. This coupled with the training materials, business process maps, and concept demos (sand-box demos) makes adoption easy on end-users.

The cloud version requires a deeper understanding of the different capabilities of the local systems (hardware) and the connection towards your local IT team. As I already mentioned, it automated our tasks such as Report creation, PR creation, and many others. That's the major advantage of the S/4 HANA cloud over our previous ERP.
