PeopleStrong vs. WebHR

As we are all working online, and sometimes employees have to be on fieldwork PeopleStrong have the option of location-based check-in which makes it very convenient to ensure work is happening. Every document has to be verified and passed on in the software hence assuring no forgery is happening. As a user, I am able to set goals and achieve them, view my employment history definitely gives a sense of self-achievement too. The constant reminders ensure all assigned tasks are met and completed. I do not see any inappropriate instance, as this has been anything but very useful for our organization.

I cannot think of any scenarios where WebHR would not be appropriate. It's a good solution for any size business and I see a lot of interest in the development to continue improving the solution.

• Salary Slips are updated on the portal and a person can access those slips from the joining date also.
• Calender provides a data of the events which are lined up through the company for the future time.
• An Employee can check the leaves and the history of leaves applied in history

• Everything is clear, simple to understand, and clearly defined
• Salary management is simple and understandable
• Leaves management is easy to use
• Cloud-based, and has mobile apps

• Logging into it from our system gives an error, but after a few minutes it acknowledges me and logs in (because I am logged into our secured system)

Renewal of this product is out of my control, but if asked I would give this product a thumbs up to renew. It only gets better with time

PeopleStrong is a great platform. I haven't used any other platform other than Peoplestrong.

I don't know any other products like WebHR, but I'm pretty sure it's a good solution for any organization, and it's improving constantly.

• We are too early in implementation to be able to calculate ROI but am sure we will se great benefits in efficiency during the following 6 months.
