Likelihood to Recommend Pipefy is very well suited if you have a team doing any sort of process... for real! It simplified everything from our sales and marketing objectives/processes, to our onboarding and accounting side of things. Since you can share different pipes with others, it's easy to see where others are at in the process and move the card along while keeping others informed. It makes sure you don't miss any information or steps along the way, which is great if your process is detail-oriented. It is a little less appropriate for marketing efforts, but we still try to use it to keep track of things in a central space. Definitely best suited for sales, technical things, and accounting.
Read full review It is well suited when we need to integrate business processes with SAP ERP and SAP CRM - the solution can be integrated with business rules/procedures defined in SAP ERP/CRM and NetWeaver can be used to monitor the rules and flag off exceptions. When there are multiple workflows running, it tends to slow down running of these processes. Also, it entirely depends on SAP portal for it to run efficiently.
Read full review Pros Flexibility on process management. Internal automations and connections to different data bases and boards. Easily connection with external programs through API's. Read full review Virtual paper trail. Iterations of process and current documentation are all stored as "artifacts", leaving a great trail. Configuration of users. BPM somewhat magically determines which users will be impacted and automates rules. A pro (that is also a con) is the design interface. If you know what you are doing, it is incredibly powerful and malleable. Read full review Cons I would like to be able to add a due date without a time attached. I would like to see completed tasks be deleted after a set amount of time. Read full review Live readings would be nice. Easier to maneuver Work with all systems with the press of one keystroke Read full review Likelihood to Renew As a big fan of SAP in general, the BPM solution fits right in with all the other things SAP does well, and does it with incredible efficiency
Read full review Support Rating Pipefy support is pretty good. There were a few instances where the agent didn't really understand what I was trying to get help with, but that was only once. Every other time it has been pretty fast and efficient. They are also very kind and understanding. I don't think they need much help in that dept
Read full review We have our own tech support for systems, I would say they probably could use more training on it, I don't really think it's anything regarding the SAP system, but more the knowledge they have on the system itself. It seems to take longer for them to fix any issues we may come across.
Read full review Alternatives Considered We started using software we already had (such as
Slack and Sheets) but this software is not actually ideal to manage processes, which led to errors, miscommunication, and execution problems.
Trello is good for managing demand but offers no process customization or approval and
Jira is too focused on development for our needs, and also hard to customize.
Read full review I found the initial setup of NetWeaver is much simpler than other products especially in an SAP environment where we have SAP ERP/HRM/CRM as it can be well integrated with other SAP products. The only drawback is the need/dependency on SAP Portal. It is better suited in an environment where SAP ERP is running.
Read full review Return on Investment Our processes are more organized and we are not missing any steps. We are able to touch base with customers easier since we have all potential/missed clients in one pipe, with automated alerts (i.e. it has been 60 days since contact with this customer). We are able to keep track of customer billing changes easier.
