Pipefy is very well suited if you have a team doing any sort of process... for real! It simplified everything from our sales and marketing objectives/processes, to our onboarding and accounting side of things. Since you can share different pipes with others, it's easy to see where others are at in the process and move the card along while keeping others informed. It makes sure you don't miss any information or steps along the way, which is great if your process is detail-oriented. It is a little less appropriate for marketing efforts, but we still try to use it to keep track of things in a central space. Definitely best suited for sales, technical things, and accounting.

Workflow automation where you need business resiliency adjusting processes during time to enhance client experience. Zuri is easy. It allows easy updates on stablished (simple and robust!) processes to enhance the workflow. Operations Eficiency gets focus on reducing the human hours and human errors in communications (e-mails), manuals tasks such as spreadsheets and data treatments, all types of repetitive tasks can be automated. Easy, simple and fast by non technical people. Scenarios where you need to automate workflows to ensure qualify and controlling the progresses and productivity of teams, people and organizations. Dashboards and reports specifically created for my own KPIs and goals. I could benefit from more business intelligence, getting my operations data structured (structurated data) and then used Analytics to better understand where and how to improve my operations to: increase client experience, improve profit margins while I was decreasing costs and waist.

Pipefy support is pretty good. There were a few instances where the agent didn't really understand what I was trying to get help with, but that was only once. Every other time it has been pretty fast and efficient. They are also very kind and understanding. I don't think they need much help in that dept

We started using software we already had (such as Slack and Sheets) but this software is not actually ideal to manage processes, which led to errors, miscommunication, and execution problems. Trello is good for managing demand but offers no process customization or approval and Jira is too focused on development for our needs, and also hard to customize.

Zuri does now require technical knowledge to automate processes. Business people (citizen developers) can easily create their own automations in simple way, in minutes. Despite, Zuri is less expensive. And, it is used by entire organization, not only IT teams. Although IT teams have the governance (full governance and control - including auditing reports ready in clicks) the business people are on the spot too. IT teams use it to accelerate (faster and better, more controlled!) automation solutions (from simple to complex - all with drag and drop feature) the business people (Sales, Marketing, HR, Suppliers, Logistics...) they can easily automate their processes without the waiting time until IT team can deliver what is needed today.
Our processes are more organized and we are not missing any steps.
We are able to touch base with customers easier since we have all potential/missed clients in one pipe, with automated alerts (i.e. it has been 60 days since contact with this customer).
We are able to keep track of customer billing changes easier.

Less expensive than other BPMS tools (options), very fast to implement.
Additionally, this is a BPMS tool that is used by all organization, not only IT teams.
Democratized expertise on automation leaving IT team free for more strategic projects rather than creating processes/workflow automation solutions for businesses teams.
