SOCi, including the former Brandify (acquired July 2021) presents a range of local marketing solutions, such as store locators, local SEO driven landing pages, local advertising, and brand reputation management.
Swell was too expensive. ReputationStacker does the same things (and more), costs less, and as far as I can tell from the Swell demo we did, a lot easier to use.
ReputationStacker is all about on reviews and customer experience. It's not trying to be more than that and add a bunch of other features that we either wouldn't use or are already part of the other tools that we use.
We did our research before choosing ReputationStacker. Comparing it to other reputation management software it quickly became obvious that ReputationStacker is the best mix of review generation features, review responses, reporting, affordability, etc, especially for …
Podium is great if you use all of its features. But it takes a long time to learn and if you don't use ALL of its features then it's very expensive for what it is. We really just wanted a dedicated focused reputation/review management system, so when our Podium contract ended …
We did demos with all of them. BirdEye and Podium seem to handle reviews well, but they also have a lot of other features we'd never use. We chose ReputationStacker because of its dedicated focus on reviews (getting them, monitoring them, responding to them). That's all we …
I used the basic Hootsuite subscription to schedule organic social media posts. However, it fell short in assisting franchises or businesses with multiple locations because it lacks the ability to localize content. So, you would essentially have to create 50 posts for 50 …
We have been using Brandify in order to increase our sales volume and potential customers on the basis of localization offering products and services to a greater number of customers paying a considerable and convenient cost for the service. I am a satisfied user of Brandify …
We haven't used a comparable platform for public review management. We use NPS Promoter for NPS analytics, and in comparison, Brandify's analytics do not stack up well. They're a younger platform and seem eager to add new analytics over time, but to date, they do not have the …
It's amazing for getting new Google reviews, responding to reviews, and tracking reviews. It also makes it easy for us to follow up with our clients, helping us manage expectations and resolve issues. It's not a full customer support system (and it doesn't try to be).
In my opinion, I think that Brandify is a great software for managing large databases and allowing multiple users to access and edit data at the same time. For medium to large companies that have a strong emphasis on viewing and replying to all their customer reviews. Brandify can save a considerable amount of time and energy by getting everything together in one place.
It takes a few minutes to set up and then it is automatic. It literally takes care of everything you need it to do on its own. You can also work with it a little more if you want to assign reviews to other users to follow up with patients (for example), but overall it is extremely easy to use.
We have not had to contact support so there is nothing to say in response to this question. We are sure that if we needed to contact them we would be able to get any issues resolved quickly
Podium is great if you use all of its features. But it takes a long time to learn and if you don't use ALL of its features then it's very expensive for what it is. We really just wanted a dedicated focused reputation/review management system, so when our Podium contract ended we switched over to ReputationStacker and it's perfect for what we need.
I used the basic Hootsuite subscription to schedule organic social media posts. However, it fell short in assisting franchises or businesses with multiple locations because it lacks the ability to localize content. So, you would essentially have to create 50 posts for 50 business locations if you wanted to include a unique phone number. SOCi lets you do that with one post. It also lacked a rolled up reporting feature. SOCi can show me what's going on at a high level as well as at the location level or group level.
We have an average of over 30% more clicks on our Google Business Profiles since we started using ReputationStacker (because we now show a lot higher in Google's local search pack).
We're still new to the platform and determining this information.
We know that some time is saved by the information being gathered together in one place, but we've also spent a lot of time discussing concerns/questions with their care team and getting fully set up.
