Ring.io vs. Squaretalk

If you normally operate strictly on outbound calls, this is a great resource as well as the call recording functionality. However, in terms of functionality for inbound calls, it is lacking. As I already mentioned, there is no mobile app option which hinders its accessibility to some of our team members.

It has helped us a lot with the communication flow of the company, employees have better communication with each other, via chat or if they are out of the office. They can also answer the chat or calls without problems with the mobile application. Very useful in all aspects, that's why we highly recommend it.

• Salesforce integration: allows users to track activities and create follow-up items if needed based on the nature of the call.
• Web-based calling: using a Chrome browser extension, callers do not have to leave the browser to make calls, drop voicemails, and work through a calling queue.
• Voice-mail recording: prepare voicemails in advance and drop the voicemails into voice mailboxes without repeatedly leaving the same message repeatedly.

• Excellent reception of calls and video calls, looks very clear, which makes it a better experience and information can be passed without any problem.
• Screen sharing is excellent for video conferencing, when we need to explain a task or show a file from our computer, everyone understands and is satisfied.
• I like that even if I am not in my work area, from my mobile devices such as my phone or tablet, I can access the application.

• Ring.io could do a better job with inbound calls - it frequently just shows the number, even if the person is in Salesforce.

Simply said that for the functionality that we require and having the speed dialer option, it is maybe at the highest one-third of the cost. The only other thing I would add is the capability of Ring.io to modify the front GUI webphone to fit our needs.

• A very easy-to-use program that does not require external technical support for installation or learning. Employees are more focused on their activities and the easy way to send files, which is a considerable saving of time and man-hours.
