Overall Satisfaction with Ring.io

We use Ring.io as our phone support for our sales team members. It links very well with Zoho and with the price point it is hard to beat. The functionality surrounding the integration allows for our users to have the flexibility to capture conversations in Ring.io which transfer directly into Zoho. Ring.io does allow for custom migration of particular data points as well.

  • We have run into some issues with outages due to their upstream partner
  • Adding the capability to make adjustment's to the GUI interface
  • We have seen an increase in call volume so we are now hitting KPI's
  • We have had about 3 separate outages that negatively affected our sales team
Simply said that for the functionality that we require and having the speed dialer option, it is maybe at the highest one-third of the cost. The only other thing I would add is the capability of Ring.io to modify the front GUI webphone to fit our needs.

We have call campaigns that require a power dialer, well that is included in the price. We also have the need for texting and that functionality is available.
