It helps us by automatically logging all of our calls, and allowing us to direct dial with click-to-call through Salesforce. This saves a lot of time when trying to make a bunch of calls. We've also tested out creating different designations that will allow business development representatives to log the status of a call with just one click (eg. LVM, spoke to gatekeeper, set up meeting). Overall it's been a good experience and the phones are relatively easy to manage. All the data is synced to Salesforce for us, and setting up new users is pretty simple.,Ring.io logs all of our call information in Salesforce automatically, including the length of the call. Ring.io records all of the calls that take place so we can use the recordings to listen back for training purposes. Ring.io is great for a low-budget, moderate call volume workload. The ease of Salesforce integration and web-based calling makes this a more affordable option than some other robust solutions. The voicemail-drop feature saves tremendous time for callers who frequently reach voicemails more than humans. The ability to assign a caller ID makes the calling number trusted and increases caller response.

Our entire business development and account management team uses Ring.io for the majority of our calls. It helps us by automatically logging all of our calls, and allowing us to direct dial with click-to-call through Salesforce. This saves a lot of time when trying to make a bunch of calls.

We've also tested out creating different designations that will allow business development representatives to log the status of a call with just one click (eg. LVM, spoke to gatekeeper, set up meeting).

Overall it's been a good experience and the phones are relatively easy to manage. All the data is synced to Salesforce for us, and setting up new users is pretty simple.

Our sales team is using it for every cold-call that we make in order to bring new companies to the table. It helps replicate a number that is in the same area as the company we are trying to reach. Most of the sales team is calling outside of Illinois and ring.io increases our chances of getting our desired demographic to answer the call.
  • Helps hide the actual number in which we are calling from
  • Rarely drops a call
  • Gets people to answer our calls
  • Sometimes calls will randomly get dropped
  • It seems as if the same number is used for each area, so if we could have different numbers for each call that would be ideal
It is suited for cold-calling, and trying to get a hold of people that tend to not pick up the phone.
