- Gives me easy visibility to all the opps and contacts for a customer - The way our SF is configured I feel has TOO much on the page and makes finding whats needed difficult or too time consuming

Wealthbox CRM is great with looking up advisor information. It looks a lot like a Facebook profile -- you can quickly make a comment to record a phone conversation, post an email, etc. The customizable workflows are great for due dates and keeping steps within your business.

  • Workflow Glitches - workflows will sometimes not move to the next step or will continue to spin in a "loading" fashion. Can be frustrating and slows down business.
  • Issues do not get resolved timely.

We haven't used anything previously to Salesforce. We were trying to implement what we needed as a company with our current ticketing and quoting software, but it wasn't doing what we needed. Once we found Salesforce we were able to really dial in on the important things needed as a company.
