I have not evaluated any other platforms, as I am just an end-user.
I have used a react app which was hosted and was relying on Salesforce apis for retreiving data and everything but there were 2 challenges 1) You need to do every update at the code so admins cant do it. 2) Since it was using the Salesforce API, it was consuming a lot of data …
I haven't tried another service yet, therefore I can't give a comparative example from another software. Nevertheless, I can say that the experience that I had so far is pretty amazing. I am able to do things for my job without the need of a laptop, like I can be walking around …
I have used HubSpot and Copper CRM at previous companies but both of them are fundamental CRMs. Salesforce can truly be implemented to meet your unique business attributes and can scale as your company grows. It's no wonder it's the #1 CRM in the world. Plus with 100s of …
I have not evaluated any other similar products at this time. My organization and I are very happy with our current view of Salesforce1 (formerly Salesforce 1 Mobile app). I would recommend to any other organizations in which are evaluating this tool and others to choose and …
Easy to use. Easy to direct tickets to specific departments. In other apps, there are no pictures available to be shared. This allows us to show what we are talking about. I also am not limited to the kinds of tickets I submit. Meaning I can contact any company or department. …
Salesforce Mobile meets our needs of our business better. And with the drag and drop function, it helps us build our reports quicker. And so many fields that we can customise. Hence with the ability to manage cilents from anywhere. Hubspot seems to simple and lacking for our …
Salesforce has been used in our organization for the past 13 years. We use it for our sales team, production team, support team, development team, accounting team, etc. We probably use it in ways that it wasn't intended, but it works for us. Being a small company it doesn't …
We use Salesforce Mobile [(formerly Salesforce1 Mobile App)] as its our backbone for the Sales, Support, SE, Finance and Implementations team. Salesforce Mobile [(formerly Salesforce1 Mobile App)] allows all of our teams to collaborate from anywhere "live" on records or …
Salesforce Mobile [(formerly Salesforce1 Mobile App)] is easily implemented without any hard code customization, and the application and the database are embedded into the same system, a facility that Salesforce natively provides.
They are just alike because they both consist of your leads. But Salesforce Mobile is way better than other LinkedIn Sales Navigator because in Salesforce you can manually add information for your lead and you can customize it. In LinkedIn Sales Navigator it will only consist …
Well, the Salesforce1 application is specific to managing a Salesforce platform, so the application comparison for the same base cannot be made here. However, the application overall vs. Zoho has the advantage over UI and performance. Salesforce is the clear leader, Zoho is in …
Being out from the office, [Salesforce Mobile (formerly Salesforce1 Mobile App)] is a supporting tool to bring all the information with you without having the need of bringing the laptop. As I said before, I am a sales manager and it is much more comfortable for me to use the mobile app instead of bringing a bag or something similar only for the laptop. However, it wouldn't make any sense to use it in the office as you can enter into Salesforce from your computer and have a better experience with the SF product as it is much more comfortable to use. At the end it has a much larger screen than a phone or a tablet and it has many more possibilities as a whole
Clicking an address deep-links directly into Google Maps, eliminating the need to copy-paste data between apps while driving.
The app handles technical payroll jargon surprisingly well. I can dictate a meeting summary while walking back to my car, and it saves as a formatted note.
Log calls and emails immediately after they happen.
Just like Salesforce, there's a lot you can do with the app. It can feel overwhelming if you don't know what you're looking for.
This isn't necessarily a fault, but when you use Salesforce on a computer most of the time, when going to Mobile you do have to make an adjustment and be prepared for a different layout and navigation.
The mobile is usable for all the smaller tasks also from the developer we can make them create button from which we can trigger automations, the app is used for on the go updates to the crm. The log in process is simple, it also has offline capabilities which is a plus point.
I haven't had the need to contact support, but the online community has a VAST knowledge of support if you're in need. For instance, I needed to know how I could set the dashboard up to automatically refresh and the online community helped me within minutes.

It's no wonder it's the #1 CRM in the world. Plus with 100s of integrations to other apps, Salesforce can achieve a lot more than just managing sales.
