Salesforce Mobile is a more mature and tested entity than similar platforms like SNOW and Pega CRM, which don't even have a native mobile app. This can integrate easily with Salesforce orgs, the top CRM, and provide cool features like branding the app on app stores using the …

Chose Salesforce Mobile
I have used a react app which was hosted and was relying on Salesforce apis for retreiving data and everything but there were 2 challenges 1) You need to do every update at the code so admins cant do it. 2) Since it was using the Salesforce API, it was consuming a lot of data …

I haven't tried another service yet, therefore I can't give a comparative example from another software. Nevertheless, I can say that the experience that I had so far is pretty amazing. I am able to do things for my job without the need of a laptop, like I can be walking around …

Chose Salesforce Mobile
I have used HubSpot and Copper CRM at previous companies but both of them are fundamental CRMs. Salesforce can truly be implemented to meet your unique business attributes and can scale as your company grows. It's no wonder it's the #1 CRM in the world. Plus with 100s of …

Easy to use. Easy to direct tickets to specific departments. In other apps, there are no pictures available to be shared. This allows us to show what we are talking about. I also am not limited to the kinds of tickets I submit. Meaning I can contact any company or department. …

Salesforce has been used in our organization for the past 13 years. We use it for our sales team, production team, support team, development team, accounting team, etc. We probably use it in ways that it wasn't intended, but it works for us. Being a small company it doesn't …

Being out from the office, [Salesforce Mobile (formerly Salesforce1 Mobile App)] is a supporting tool to bring all the information with you without having the need of bringing the laptop. As I said before, I am a sales manager and it is much more comfortable for me to use the mobile app instead of bringing a bag or something similar only for the laptop. However, it wouldn't make any sense to use it in the office as you can enter into Salesforce from your computer and have a better experience with the SF product as it is much more comfortable to use. At the end it has a much larger screen than a phone or a tablet and it has many more possibilities as a whole

. CRM integration will be only done post-implementation and the telephony tool which has only 1 feature of dialing calls manually and getting them logged.2. The caller ID (user-dedicated contact no.) will not support text msg and WhatsApp integration. In case you wanted to connect with a prospect on Whatsapp, you have to do it on your own but there are some complexities involved and not very feasible. With very limited permissions access of the telephony tool, I found the user interface very simple and easy to use wrt to the other tools we evaluated previously.2. Also, after the discussion, I found that call disposition is easier in desktop wrt mobile applications- connected calls will be recorded and logged automatically -for other outcomes you have to log manually (need to confirm this)3. In terms of call drop rates, even with a limited sample size, I can say that it's fairly similar to the drop rates of personal no.. Will give updates on this again after making a few more calls

Pros
  • Clicking an address deep-links directly into Google Maps, eliminating the need to copy-paste data between apps while driving.
  • The app handles technical payroll jargon surprisingly well. I can dictate a meeting summary while walking back to my car, and it saves as a formatted note.
  • Log calls and emails immediately after they happen.

Cons
  • It's pretty complex to use and not very straightforward as to where everything is and how to access.
  • Search function needs to be enhanced. Finding accounts in the desktop version is simple and accurate. With mobile, not so much.
  • It should be more customizable to enhance features frequently used.

I haven't had the need to contact support, but the online community has a VAST knowledge of support if you're in need. For instance, I needed to know how I could set the dashboard up to automatically refresh and the online community helped me within minutes.
