SAP Sustainability Control Tower vs. ServiceNow DevOps

It is basically the easiest choice for people who are already running SAP ECC or S4 as their ERP as that means they can get all of the data sources automatically without mapping efforts. That compensates for some of the shortcomings mentioned earlier, and to be fair, tools from other vendors (e.g., Microsoft) have the same problem anyway.

ServiceNow DevOps is suitable for IT companies that are medium to large, It is great when it comes to keeping a track of all the activities, it takes a very little amount of time for creating tickets, with a small amount of information. It is a good tool for incident management, and change management. It will be less suitable for small-scale companies.

We are currently too new with The SAP sustainability Control tower ,but down the line if we see more benefits to financial sustain the product and product is actually paying off the cost from the benefits we get out of it we may renew the use of SAP sustainability control tower.

SAP Sustainability Control Tower allows for a dashboard of production controls for sales materials. Different departments within the company can access real-time production and business information. It is suitable for various EU certifications. Also for organizations in the US and Latin America

No, I was not directly involved in SAP Sustainability Control Tower implementation, but before implementing feedback was taken from procurement team for several function usage.

Same lack of industry-specific content on both, but SAP has the main advantage of direct connection to the ERP data so it saves significant efforts in comparison. Regarding dashboards look and feel and so on, it is more a matter of personal preference between PowerBi and SAP, we personally prefer SAP as it is a bit richer in ability to bring in more data and filter on it.

As mentioned previously, not sure if ServiceNow DevOps can handle tickets in an agile methodology, where everything is setup based on Sprints, stories and the whole agile terminology. We use OpsGenie to setup shifts for Production support teams, OpsGenie alerts people through a mobile app about production issues as well as to whom is Oncall support for multiple teams. Not sure this functionality is there in ServiceNow DevOps. For now those 3 applications are handling different functions in our company and would be difficult for me to compare them
