ServiceNow HR Service Delivery vs. Workstream

The service request management function is excellent, but the system misses a bit in the UI (user interface) issue, which ends up being somewhat complex. So I believe there could be a tab on the platform with video tutorials to help with the experience, I don't know if it has, and if it does, it could have easier access so that all users know what it has and how to see it.

Workstream has been great for new restaurant openings by using the QR code on business cards and using the QR code on our marketing material as well. We had one restaurant have 17 applicant's via the QR code. The biggest opportunity was cost during the pandemic. Our franchisees wanted a guaranteed number of applicants for being charged what they were getting charged. This was not something Workstream can accommodate but this is also not guaranteed on any job board.
