Singular vs. T2M URL Shortener

Singular is perfect for companies that have limited BI developer resources. If you work with more than a few media partners, Singular aggregates all pre-install metrics and automatically connects it to your BI data / MMP provider. This use is perfect for executives/directors that want to have a quick snapshot of their marketing spend. Singular also works well for media buyers that want to export Singular report as a base for creating optimization reports.

I don't want to say that T2M is one size fits all - because they have so many features and capabilities that could be tailored to many different businesses and business needs. But I do feel like most any company, especially their underlying marketing departments, could highly benefit from its features.

• Creative reporting is one of the features of Singular (formerly Apsalar), which I love the most.

• The dashboards we used were awesome!
• The stats were fairly detailed, and frankly more helpful than we anticipated going in (top browsers, top referrers, top platforms, top devices, etc).
• SSO wasn't a must for us, but definitely a pro.
• GDPR considerations are a huge part of our team's discussions, so it was good to know T2M was cognizant of that.
• We used the URL expiration feature very often.

• Providing a clear solution to cross-device attribution and measurement: no vendor does this well currently.
• Ability to toggle advanced attribution models: first-last touch, time decay, etc.
• Comprehensive deep linking solution (similar to Branch).

• The support was just ok in our experience (they were very responsive and kind, but our issues seemed(?) relatively minor and took some time to resolve, but maybe they were just more complicated than it seemed in our view).
• We did really like the dashboards eventually, but I think they could be a little clearer/more intuitive upon an initial glance.

When we report about a bug or a problem the support usually responds quickly and try to provide a solution/fix in a timely manner. I wish that they had a monitoring tool to notify me about bugs before I spot them myself.

AppsFlyer is the top of mind MMP, while Singular would be my second choice with Adjust. AppsFlyer has a great UX and customer support. While Adjust is still lagging a little bit behind.

To be honest, I don't think I (or anyone on my direct team to my knowledge) has worked with another tool quite like T2M. We did a couple of demos for other options when we were looking for a tool way back when, but I can't recall off-hand what they were or how they compared (aside from we obviously chose T2M - strictly based on the other demos themselves).

• The time savings is immeasurable.
• Onboarding new employees to use T2M was fairly quick and easy, which allowed those efficiency gains to be even compounded.
