WhenToWork is employee scheduling application from the California-based company of the same name.
We actually use Skedulo as our only dispatching appointment program. Salesforce is not like Skedulo, but we use them together daily to ensure on-time specimen draws, delivery, and payout for all visits completed. Skedulo is very easy to interface with other programs.
Skedulo was at a lower cost tier and a better partner for our organization from an agility and culture perspective. We have been able to grow and innovate alongside Skedulo
We used 2-3 systems before finding Skedulo, and it works excellent! The staff at Skedulo listens to what we need and works on updates constantly making it a more efficient tool.
WhenToWork is much more cost-effective for our team size than other comparable workforce management solutions. It offers many of the same features, like role-based permissions, and mobile access, as the other much more expensive options. We are able to meet our needs across …
Skedulo works well to visualize capacity. It also works well to assist with the planning of routes and distribution of work. It works well for the field resources and provides the key information about their jobs and enables alerts to be provided to customers. The automated Optimization & Scheduling engine is still maturing. Skedulo also does a good job satisfying the customer's unique requirements and has a solid in-house development team looking to continually improve the platform.
I find WhenToWork to be very well suited for a company such as ours with multiple locations and 24-hour operation.
With as many as 50 schedules to keep track of, it does an excellent job. The ability to combine individual schedules into a view as an entire department with varying schedules is also a plus.
It would be a nice feature if WhenToWork could allow the user to build schedules from the Calendar View.
Would love to see WhenToWork integrate with payroll programs, such as ADP, Paycom, Paychex, etc., so employees' schedules and hours worked would be synchronized.

It offers many of the same features, like role-based permissions, and mobile access, as the other much more expensive options. We are able to meet our needs across multiple unique contact center teams, with many different levels of access, and still have a cost-effective solution we have used for many years.
