Skeeled vs. Workstream

As it is very user friendly, you can use it even in companies where people are not yet digital, they should not have any problem with the system. The implementation must be done in house so you need a small dedicated team. In our case, we put 5 people together for 1 day and were able to customize the system.

There are still some minor youth issues so you need to be a bit flexible.

Workstream has been great for new restaurant openings by using the QR code on business cards and using the QR code on our marketing material as well. We had one restaurant have 17 applicant's via the QR code. The biggest opportunity was cost during the pandemic. Our franchisees wanted a guaranteed number of applicants for being charged what they were getting charged. This was not something Workstream can accommodate but this is also not guaranteed on any job board.

• Skeeled allows a diverse analysis of applicants.
• The time saving is very good as the whole recruitment process is significantly improved.
• The video function is very good and helps in the recruitment process, also because we often have applicants from abroad.

• Video interviews works really well in the current pandemic circumstances.
• Google calendar is linked with zoom and makes scheduling easy.
• Mobile training helps with videos and quizzes.

• The lack of follow-up, on-line, regarding muli-posting on publications. An additional email is often required.
• A documentation on how to use Skeeled to share with the different users.
• A link with Outlook when scheduling interviews.

• It is software very attentive to our needs, which means that when we have a concern or need to solve something, they solve it immediately, they listen to our proposals so that our hiring is fast and without inconvenience.

Skeeled is a userfriendly recruitment platform that enables a company to effectively follow-up their entire recruitment process

The support team is very reactive and competent. Being a young company, Skeeled also takes customer wishes into consideration for further developments.

lenghty and lots of actions

Reduction of the number of paper applications and CVs sent by email, centralized all the candidates’ information in one place. The things we value the most are candidate comparison, the comment section on the candidate profile, email templates and bulk emailing option, personal interview scheduling, and job multiposting. We would not change this tool to go back to our previous provider.

Workstream is hands down easier to navigate and create and post positions versus ClearCompany and iCIMS
