Skeeled vs. Workstream

As it is very user friendly, you can use it even in companies where people are not yet digital, they should not have any problem with the system. The implementation must be done in house so you need a small dedicated team. In our case, we put 5 people together for 1 day and were able to customize the system.

There are still some minor youth issues so you need to be a bit flexible.

Workstream has been great for new restaurant openings by using the QR code on business cards and using the QR code on our marketing material as well. We had one restaurant have 17 applicant's via the QR code. The biggest opportunity was cost during the pandemic. Our franchisees wanted a guaranteed number of applicants for being charged what they were getting charged. This was not something Workstream can accommodate but this is also not guaranteed on any job board.

Reduction of the number of paper applications and CVs sent by email, centralized all the candidates’ information in one place. The things we value the most are candidate comparison, the comment section on the candidate profile, email templates and bulk emailing option, personal interview scheduling, and job multiposting. We would not change this tool to go back to our previous provider.
