Very easy to set up and use. Customers seem to like SMS as a method of communication. Easily lets you keep in touch with them at a very nominal cost. Cons	Textmagic Connection between other services ERP, CRM and slack. Textmagic is a tool for kids who want to SMS chat. The possibility to change the SMS provider to Twilio or others. It is not legal to forbid that but they find a way to bypass that. Likelihood to Renew	Textmagic I am very happy with how TextMagic is working. I don't see a reason to spend time searching for another solution when this works great at a good price. Customers have shown a good response to the text messages we have send. Very small percentage unsubscribed (but that was automated/easy). Usability	Textmagic It has been very easy to use TextMagic to set up. The calculator showing character count which relates to cost is easy to see and adjust. The scheduling portion is also easy to set up and edit if needed. You can see history to copy wording if you need to. I have suggested to other friends that do not have a text service. Return on Investment	Textmagic It's just a small part of our communications with employees but they appreciate it very much! It is a very cost effective communications tool. There is no negative impact. I just need to remember to update the contact lists with any employee changes.
