I use it for customer service and sales management in my e-commerce. Ticker makes it easier for me to communicate with my clients because it unifies all my service channels in one place. In addition, they helped me to obtain the WhatsApp Business API. With this tool, I can send notifications to my potential clients without falling into spam.

But, it would lack the voice channel to have better contact with customers who are waiting for an order or who had a problem during their purchase.
