Unanet ERP GovCon vs. WebHR

Unanet is a great system and has really helped our managers gain more insight to their projects. We have faster timesheet completion rates which leads to faster billing. We have been very happy with the system but there are some trial and error scenarios where it takes us some time to actually get the data needed or use the system the way we need it to be utilized. Thankfully they do have a great support staff that assists with issues as they arise.

I cannot think of any scenarios where WebHR would not be appropriate. It's a good solution for any size business and I see a lot of interest in the development to continue improving the solution.

• The time keeping component works well. It gives a level of confidentiality we did not have in our previous home grown system.
• We are able to set up projects based on a number of criteria, allowing us to differentiate for reporting purposes.
• We can easily import billing information into our Financial system from Unanet, when previously we would manually enter this information.

• Everything is clear, simple to understand, and clearly defined
• Salary management is simple and understandable
• Leaves management is easy to use
• Cloud-based, and has mobile apps

• Would like to be able to search for users by first name as well as last name.
• Would like to be able to modify save and share some of the canned reports.

• Logging into it from our system gives an error, but after a few minutes it acknowledges me and logs in (because I am logged into our secured system)

Renewal of this product is out of my control, but if asked I would give this product a thumbs up to renew. It only gets better with time

It has great functionality but it's UI is not that good

The support of Unanet is incredible, A simple email to their support team always gets a response in less than 24 hours and is really solutions focused. Unanet support is the best out there- guaranteed

We were used to Deltek's Costpoint from the prior company and Unanet is far easier to use for users, accounting personnel, project managers, and corporate managers. Continuous enhancements lead us to believe that Unanet will be even better in meeting our needs.

I don't know any other products like WebHR, but I'm pretty sure it's a good solution for any organization, and it's improving constantly.

• We are too early in implementation to be able to calculate ROI but am sure we will se great benefits in efficiency during the following 6 months.
