Energage vs. Vantage Circle

Energage knows which areas to assess and how to word the questions so that employees understand and can share their true feelings without fear of their identity being shared, without concern that they need to sound professional (which allows them to save time and not get frustrated with the fact that they're "wasting time on another survey," and also in a way that makes employees feel as though they're participating in the improvement of the company. That is to say, that their feedback matters, it will be heard, and it will be implemented into the leadership's formulation of future decisions.

I think Vantage Circle is a great idea and would recommend all the organizations to use it to motivate and reward their employees. As of now I don't see any scenario which is less appropriate. This initiative definitely works well for larger companies and gives good flexibility to the managers to reward their teams.

• It offers redemption Vouchers for most of the merchants like Amazon, flipkart etc.
• It offers discounts for redirected sites and also provide additional discount on these sites.
• It provides cashback vantage points on the purchase made using redirection on lot of merchant sites.

• The only area of improvement may be streamlining the emails they send out after the surveys have been tabulated and the information is available. We usually just want the report and because Energage does such a good job compiling it via the dashboard and the graphics, our company doesn't have a need for further tools and promotion tips. It can get confusing when there's too many options to share and/or best practices to follow.

• I never ever faced any issue- not even once, at the time of redemption & it was a smooth, seamless, wonderful & pleasant experience for me, always! Also, the redemption process is simple & could be done within a minute!
• This redemption could be used not only for any tangible purchases - also for invaluable experiences like holidays, fine dining, Hotel stays, Donations, Taxi rides, etc.

Vantage circle has user friendly UI, easy to use, and reachable support thats why i selected vantage circle. Vantage circle definitely a good choice agianst other stacks up as it offers many online shopping apps and it covered most of deals. Redeemption of the rewards is straight forward and easy to claim.

The support can be easily reachable via emailid ,contact number. I had a chance to contact them it was went smooth and got ghe quick response from them. They also provided the quick resolution.

We've yet to look into any options other Energage because we've felt Energage has completely covered our needs over the years.

Vantage Circle is better in terms of being more user-friendly and has a lot of different e-commerce sites to choose from ranging from food, fashion, health to travel and sports. It provides additional cashback if we order products from their platform which is an added advantage. The best thing is that there is no expiry date for the points earned.

I have never came across a scenario when the Vantage Circle was down or inaccessible and I was not able to redeem the vantage points. The platform is always available and the redemption process is very fast. Never faced the issue with the delay in the redemption of Vantage points.
