It offers high availability with 54+ Data Centers. Easy access to support is also very important, and it is good that they have multi-layer and Tier 1 support partners.

We also use Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud to monitor the various aspect of their workloads, like CPU usage, memory, diskspace etc and also manage vulnerabilities using the patch management option.

Reliable and easy to use product that is full of features. We use it to back up our Hyper-V virtual servers to local storage and the Acronis cloud. The product just works after setting it up and you dont need to fuss with it all of the time to ensure you are actually being backed up. Our setup throws constant performance errors, despite being turned off, which is frankly pretty annoying.
