In March of 2020, we were forced into moving our staff remote while simultaneously moving the majority of our client base remote. Actually functioning securely was never an issue, this infrastructure was in place for a long time prior. The issue was productivity combined with availability. Some positions lend themselves well to working 'any time' and for these people there was occasionally doubts as to whether they were doing the amount of work that was expected as there was often discrepancies with team members. Activetrak was able to keep everyone honest in this situation and as long as the metrics looked ok we were able to save a lot of time that previously had been wasted digging through logs verifying suspect information. For support workers who need to be available to take calls we noticed an imbalance of calls going to certain users and upon investigating found some people were just not at their station when they said they were - implementing activetrak provided us summary reports that saved a lot of digging through logs and corrected the problem.

Likelihood to Recommend
If the employee is sitting at their desk while working it works perfectly; if they are required to go hands-off for extended periods of time to perform tasks of their device then the value is diminished. This isn't a product issue.
