We have been using this tool in our business for quite some time now and that is also in quite many different ways. It is working as a Workforce Analytics Software and we find it to be the best software we have ever used. This tool has solved problems of tracking all the production happening between employees. This tool helps us in gauging if an employee is productive or is a good fit for our organization or not. Hence, to sum up we are truly liking this tool so far.

- This tool provides us with notifications about employees if they are being overloaded with work.
- It has proven to be an easy product that is always available for those who you should not be contacting.
- The product has an amazing alarm feature that lets us know if employees are corrupt or sometimes if files get saved on an external device then this feature saves us.
Cons
- I find the USB tracking system to be a little incomplete because it should be helpful in setting alarms for USB storage devices.
- The Live Productivity Report Page also needs some improvements like it would have become better if users had the ability to print the page.
- This product has very professionally enabled us to catch data theft way before it became a big problem.
- With this tool, employees are often reminded if a website is not business-related, which keeps them level-headed and focused.
- It wouldn’t be wrong to say that this product just keeps on growing and prospering.
- I have seen this tool evolve as a product.
- The webinars in this tool are so useful and helpful.
The usability of this tool is phenomenal. Moreover, there is a very easy implementation and follow-up of this tool. Plus, training is also very easy and the interface is also very lively. The customer support of ActivTrak is good but it could be improved because right now we first need to register a complaint through email and then someone gets back to us so I feel this is kind of a stretch and it takes away all the essence.
I feel that the product is overall very good but sometimes it takes a little more time to navigate all the dialing down to an employee. Hence, they should take complaints on calls as well. Overall, their customer service support is better than many others but still, they should keep updating.
This product has proved to be a game-changer in our company. The other products that we used in our company were quite hefty priced plus they were very difficult to implement as well. Hence, this was one of the easiest products to implement and we find it very useful.
