Overall Satisfaction with ActivTrak
Activtrak is used across the entire company. It provides reassurance employees are being productive. It also provides a listing of websites visited so non-business related sites can be addressed with the employee.

- Monitor productivity of websites and apps/software use.
- Provides a weekly, daily or a specific timeframe summary.
- Creates accountability.
Cons
- An easier link to determine if a site or app is productive or unproductive.
- It has reassured management that employees are productive.
- It has enabled managers to address issues quickly.
- Being able to see productive time vs unproductive.
- Being able to see website use and block sites that are not appropriate.
We did notice improvement in productivity as we addressed issues with employees. Now over 90% of employee time is spent on productive sites and applications/software
It has not had an impact on workloads as we are a small company with mostly task-specific employees. While employees are cross-trained, most only have their tasks to perform each day.
It has not had much impact on workflows for the reasons stated in the prior question.
We have not used other products in the past.
