Overall Satisfaction with ActivTrak

We currently use ActivTrak within our Sales and Engineering departments.

The Sales team utilizes the insights and data from ActivTrak to drive better conversations between Sales leadership and employees. Managers use the data to see how employees are operating systems and tools and then guide employees on how they may alter their work to be more effective and thus drive greater team output. Also, to ensure employee well-being, prevention of burnout, and productivity trends.

The Engineering Department uses the device for a different reason. They use the tool to monitor contractor and vendor resources to ensure company tools, resources, and data are used according to policies.

Yes! When everyone went remote you could not have a good view of behaviors that can drive burnout risk. ActivTrak enabled managers to be able to stay in touch with their team members and identify what they could no longer see on the floor.

ActivTrak is an excellent tool to drive greater productivity conversations and performance within roles that team output is easily reported on such as Sales, Support, and Professional Services organizations. This is a great way to keep remote or hybrid teams connected and be able to identify in advance potential burnout or change in behaviors that can start a proactive, strategic conversation to identify areas for potential disengagement in advance to have an opportunity to keep a key performer. This tool also helps employees see how they might be more productive within their working hours to drive great self awareness and their own self management.
