What is Azure Web PubSub?
It features and supports:

The service enables users to add real-time messaging and communication functionality to an application without the need to provision and maintain WebSocket servers. As a fully managed service, Azure Web PubSub handles hosting, scalability, load balancing, and other tasks.
Azure Web PubSub is available under free and standard tiers. The service is free for 20 current connections per unit (1 maximum unit) and for 20,000 messages per day.
