So, how exactly does Delivety work?

 A customer places an order right on your website. With Delivety, you can create your very own food ordering website with just a couple of clicks, complete with your domain name that is already connected to your Delivety Dashboards, so no further integration is needed

 Once the order is placed, you receive it in your Operator Dashboard immediately.  Click the order to open it. Confirm it with the customer if needed. Then assign the order to a courier. Now the order gets a Confirmed status.

 At that moment, your cooks get the order’s dishes on their kitchen screens and prepare them at exactly the right time. Delivety distributes dishes across cooking stations automatically. 

Now, let’s log in as the Sushi Chef. There are sushi and salads on his kitchen screen. The time left to order dispatch is shown for every dish. And if we log in as a Grill Chef, there will be a list of burgers he has to prepare. Now, we log in as a Pizzaiolo. His kitchen screen shows the ordered pizzas only.  Also, cooks can tap on the dish to view the recipe anytime. 

Next, our cooks start preparing the dishes. So, when we get back to the Operator Dashboard, we see that the progress of the order’s dishes preparation is shown for each order here and here.

 Once the order’s dishes are prepared, the Order Assembler (this can be one of the cooks) assembles dishes into the right order, making sure nothing is missed. He prints the receipt and now the order status changes to Ready. 

Now, let’s switch to the Operator Dashboard. As you can see, the order is shown as Assembled. So, the Operator marks the order as Dispatched as the courier takes it out for delivery. The courier delivers the order to the customer and, at this moment, the order becomes Delivered. Therefore, the Operator is always aware of the status of each order.

Moreover, each order status update comes with a timestamp so, you can monitor how long it takes to get the order confirmed, prepared, assembled, dispatched, and delivered. 

But what is amazing about Delivety, is that using its Reports and Analytics, you can control Dispatch Delays and reduce the number of Delivered Late orders. 

You are always aware of your orders' Lead Time … and how long each process takes. You know how many orders have been delivered on time and how many were late. More importantly, you can see - why. Was it due to the kitchen staff, or couriers, or both. 

You can consistently improve these parameters and monitor your progress by also measuring your customers' retention levels for each of your brands and for any date range.
