What is DocsGPT?

DocsGPT is an open-source AI platform by Arc53 that lets organisations build private intelligent agents, enterprise search, and automated workflows from their own data. DocsGPT is built for privacy and can be deployed on an enterprise's own infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes) or through managed cloud, with full control over data.

Users can ask complex questions across PDFs, DOCX, CSV, Excel, HTML, audio, URLs, GitHub, and databases and receive accurate, hallucination-free answers with source citations. Available LLM providers include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or local models.

AI chatbots can be built right into a website, documentation portals, Slack, Telegram, or Discord. AI agents can automate multi-step workflows with tool-use, API calls, database queries, and webhook actions. Enterprise features include RBAC, 99.9% uptime SLA, dedicated support, and enterprise connectors.

Boasting 18,000+ GitHub stars and users at Amazon, Microsoft, Deloitte, Siemens, MIT, PwC, and HM Government, DocsGPT is presented as an open-source solution for enterprise AI knowledge management.
