Know that it is a good product and its worth the money. … Even though pricy, the results we received from our time using the product at a cheaper price during the pandemic showed how well it performed.

What TrustRadius Research Says

Pricing Sentiment

Pricing Concerns

Reviewers express significant concerns regarding the pricing structure of Indeed Resume. Many users find the costs to be high, particularly for smaller organizations or those looking to fill only a few positions at a time. There is a strong sentiment that the subscription model is not cost-effective, especially for users who only need the service on an occasional basis. Suggestions have been made for more flexible pricing options, such as a one-time use fee or bulk purchase discounts, to make the service more accessible.

Value Perception

Despite the high costs, some reviewers highlight the value of Indeed as a resource, especially for specific hiring needs. Users appreciate the analytics provided, which can help assess cost-effectiveness when filling a limited number of roles. However, the perceived value diminishes for those attempting to fill a larger number of positions within a constrained budget, as the costs can quickly escalate without yielding satisfactory results. This mixed opinion stems from the fact that while some users find the platform effective for a few hires, others struggle to see similar benefits when their hiring needs increase.

Mixed Experiences with Candidate Quality

While many reviewers recognize Indeed as a good source for blue-collar candidates and praise its user-friendly interface, there are complaints about the quality of candidate engagement. Some users report frustrations with candidates who express interest but fail to respond to outreach efforts. This inconsistency adds to the overall concern about whether the investment in Indeed Resume translates into effective hiring outcomes, contributing to the mixed opinion regarding its value.
