Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Resume

We are using this product to recruit across the board as a company. This helps us recruit qualified persons without the need to filter through hundreds of applicants. This tool allows us to specify what type of candidate meets our criteria, so we can find them before they find another employer.

In truth, we have stuck with Indeed Resume and have not ventured off yet due to the power and simplicity that we have with this single tool. The various aspects of this one tool allow us to simplify our recruit stack so we don't have the need for a variety of tools, thus decreasing the time spent hopping between platforms.

For anyone with a basic understanding of software, I am confident that you could understand the basic functionalities of this tool within a short time. For those looking to explore the automation and advanced features, some research/tutorials are recommended so you don't spend more time than necessary setting these up. I believe someone could figure it out on their own, but with such an expansive reservoir of resources, your time is better spent doing some basic research prior to setting up automation.
Indeed Resume has allowed us to quickly create a shortlist of qualified candidates that we would like to pursue as viable options for employment. As stated in previous areas, the automation tools that Indeed Resume has allow us to have this generated for us with little to no effort (other than the upfront setup). With shortlist creation done semi-automatically, the recruiting cycle has been cut down to a short window. When we have an opening we can very quickly generate a list of qualified persons in addition to traditional job posting options.
If you'd like to find a specific type of applicant for a recurring position, you can set up a search criterion that delivers new persons' resumes to your inbox at whatever interval you'd like. If you'd like to search for persons with relevant experience in their resumes, you can. If you'd like to search for persons who have worked at a specific company or in a specific role, you can.

When I was set up with the account I didn't quite know how to post, recruit, manage applicants, etc - Their tools and team were quite helpful. If you need to know how to filter resumes for specific applicant experience and or work history, they have tools to quickly learn how to do that. They also have helpful docs to quickly understand certain features and benefits so you can get back to doing what really matters and not spending all your time learning their software.
This tool allows you to do so much for such an affordable rate. If you want to scoop up your competition's talent, you can filter searches for resumes for people who have or currently work at their business. You can also you Bollinger searches for individuals who have experience with a specific type or word. And my favorite, you can set up search criteria that alert you of any new resumes with specific criteria so you are first to reach out.
