I use Jotform for data collection and workflow management. I supervise a staff of 17 people and Jotform makes my life and work easier by automating a lot of what I have to have them submit. From proposals to approvals, their form management software is awesome, joined with their workflow software it makes automating tasks a breeze.

Jotform is helpful when you need a form that needs to do a lot. I have some complex processes that I use in my job that Microsoft forms just can't handle. Their branching logic just isn't as sophisticated. So when I need something more complex, I go to Jotform. If it is a simple collection form that doesn't need anything too specific/complex I use Microsoft Forms.

I use this for surveys, reviews, applications and a variety of other purposes with our team and Franchisees. It helps reduce the need for printing paperwork, completing and scanning to return. So much more user friendly.

Working to manage and recruit new memberships poses many obstacles. Reaching people in an effective and efficient way is important. Jotform allows me to receive feed back from current and prospective members with ease. Jotform allows me to spend more time making connections and less on emails, phone calls, and spreadsheets.

Jotform is used to capture leads with assessments for those who come to the workshop sessions for personal growth and leadership development. Using Jotform allows us to give a burnout assessment quiz to give awareness to attendees on their state of stress. Then the quiz will calculate the data and give the appropriate results with action steps.

User Friendly & organized data!! The first time trying this feedback platform and really enjoyed my experience! My form had to have the data give a score at the end with details depending on the ranking and it was easy to set up and customize. And then with my first keynote, having 77 submissions! The data is organized and I am able to capture the leads as I needed. Thank you Jotform!

This site has revolutionized our reservation process. As a small community theatre, we struggled with finding a site to allow patrons to see what seats are available and then reserve the seats they'd like. We are not set up to take credit cards, so this was a perfect solution (after a little modification). Our patrons can select the seats they'd, like to reserve, and then when others come to the form, they know which seats are available and which have already been reserved. It also sends them a confirmation email directly, which cuts down on our time and efforts.
