Overall Satisfaction with Jotform

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Jotform was easy to use, and the templates were a great fit for what I needed. The ability to edit them and modify to my liking was user friendly and easy. I would use again and highly recommend.

Easy edit functions
previews for desktop, mobile, and PC use

Cons

Increase the number of submissions for the free trials
Reduce the cost as there are competitive platforms
Start or advertise texting features

Return on Investment

It depends on the volume and use of the forms (personal may be less than business needs)
There are some free platforms like Microsoft forms or Textedly so it depends on the need
Positive is those competitors either do not allow upload of documents, provide great templates like jobform, or have texting capabilities.

Usability

It was a little confusing once you were done creating to finish/save the job. I haven't figured out how to view the submissions as of yet.

Alternatives Considered

DocuSign and Textedly

DocuSign did not allow you to create a template or provide templates, Textedly did not allow you to upload documents and/or modify.
