Overall Satisfaction with Jotform

This site has revolutionized our reservation process. As a small community theatre, we struggled with finding a site to allow patrons to see what seats are available and then reserve the seats they'd like. We are not set up to take credit cards, so this was a perfect solution (after a little modification). Our patrons can select the seats they'd, like to reserve, and then when others come to the form, they know which seats are available and which have already been reserved. It also sends them a confirmation email directly, which cuts down on our time and efforts.

Cons

  • Would be very helpful if the system could be set up to send reminder emails to submissions.
  • That's really all I can think of!
  • Our patrons appreciate being able to see what seats are available.
It does take a bit of knowledge that the "averate" form user may not have.
Jotform is really just superior. More robust options and more flexability.
