Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Jotform for data collection and workflow management. I supervise a staff of 17 people and Jotform makes my life and work easier by automating a lot of what I have to have them submit. From proposals to approvals, their form management software is awesome, joined with their workflow software it makes automating tasks a breeze.

Usability

I think that the core of Jotform is really strong. There are of course things that it can do better (pdf and email editor for one) but the form editing software is it's main thing and it shines really well at that. Also having workflows integrated in the software instead of needing to learn a different software (looking at you Microsoft) is the best part!

Like I've mentioned previously, their branching logic is just not as sophisticated and can't do as much as I would like it to. Jotform lets you input specific data into a field based off different answers. This is great because it cuts down on how much a user actually has to fill out.

Jotform is helpful when you need a form that needs to do a lot. I have some complex processes that I use in my job that Microsoft forms just can't handle. Their branching logic just isn't as sophisticated. So when I need something more complex, I go to Jotform. If it is a simple collection form that doesn't need anything too specific/complex I use Microsoft Forms.
