Overall Satisfaction with Jotform

I use this for surveys, reviews, applications and a variety of other purposes with our team and Franchisees. It helps reduce the need for printing paperwork, completing and scanning to return. So much more user friendly.

Pros

  • Very user friendly
  • can customise the form to whatever you need
  • Can accept payments and signatures which is fantastic

Cons

  • The free version only allows for limited forms and submissions. The next plans up are quite pricey
  • Has made it so much easier to get repsonses and compliance from my Franchisees
  • Has made it alot more user friendly for applications - more applications come through now that there is an option
It is very easy to use - easy to customise and change to how you want it

So user friendly. It doesnt take long to create a form and customise how you need it
