We have been using Keepit for number of years to backup several SaaS platforms. We find it very reliable with backups running automatically. It’s basically set and forget, and this is exactly what we need from a backup solution. Onboarding was straightforward, agentless cloud to cloud, so setup is simple and expertly guided by Keepit. Support has been excellent for the few times we’ve needed it. Our Keepit account manager is only too happy to demo new features and answer questions and a dream to work with, we are a small org and you don’t often get that level of customer care, so it’s a credit to the Keepit team. For us the search and granular restore is an important feature. It makes it easy to recover exactly what you need without fuss. It has some nice GDPR features like the 'right to be forgotten' option and regional data storage so we can keep out backups in the EU. Very useful from a compliance perspective. For us, the fact that it supports multiple SaaS platforms was important, it means we can use a single backup platform instead of juggling several tools. In summary, it is reliable, easy to set up and just works. No complaints, it’s a solid service with great support.

It's great for backing up multiple SaaS platforms from a single console, giving you a 360 view of your backups without the need to juggle multiple platforms. It is low maintenance and easy to set up.

Keepit is a fantastic tool because it makes searching for backed-up files or emails incredibly simple and efficient. The user interface is intuitive, which helps users quickly locate exactly what they need. Additionally, the process of restoring a file is straightforward, making data recovery stress-free and reliable.

We are using Keepit for backing up all our MS 365 data including Emails, Teams, SharePoint sites etc. It's a very clever, easy to use, "install and forget" cloud backup software. It simply works. No fuss no problem. We highly recommend it.

Backing up all MS Cloud Data for ever. Secure and easy to work with Safe and "never ending" storage. You can easily add, remove items on your backup set, go back in any time to retrieve lost data including email attachement and teams attachement as well as complete sharepoint sites.

For all our office 365 backups, sharepoint, teams, outlook, onedrive. If someone deletes a file, we will be able to recover the given file.

We backup multiple M365 tenants with Keepit. This solution covers all of our data and Azure settings, simple to setup and simple to use. The fact that we can backup more than one tenant is a big plus and sealed the deal for us. I have tested restoring mailboxes across tenants and it works really well.

To secure M365 data in an immutable location, a central backup for our data, including exchange, SharePoint, teams including chat and Azure settings. Cross tenant restores only work with mailboxes, unfortunately SharePoint data cannot restore across tenants, this would be a great feature, for organisations that are consolidating multiple tenants.

We heavily use KeepIt to backup and protect all our Cloud services. KeepIt has been a great solution so far. It is easy to navigate and work through the platform. It has indeed made a great significant difference for our organization.

The Support Team are pretty quick in responding to your requests and have a great turn around time. Although, in future, I would like to see the improvement in their documentations and Knowledge Base articles.

So far, KeepIt has been easy to configure and suits what our organization was looking for.

Although, it took some time to navigate the platform, they continue to improve and kept things simple.

Software to backup Office365 products

The Keepit solution is an excellent tool for backing up Microsoft Office 365 products.

It´s easy to integrate with the Office 365 Portal and easy to use since it doesn´t require too much training for the teams that are using.

The support team is excellent and their response is quick.

However some menus are difficult to find, and some configurations can take more time.

Backup of all Microsoft 365 data including Azure AD, Groups & Teams (including chat), Exchange, Exchange public folders, Onedrive and Sharepoint.

Microsoft has som retention but it's certainly not enough for company use. Restore in place is available even when the users are logged in. Very easy and convenient to set up.

Perfect for full coverage backup of Microsoft 365 data.

Not suited for local backups.

We have used Keepit to restore email data that had gone missing after accidently deleting. Its a life saver to quickly find data through the search tool and the compare snapshot feature is very helpful

looking for specific documents where someone could only remember a word out of the title and finding the folder they were apart of from a multitude of different sharepoint sites. We can also find when files had been deleted with the toggle and searching back through with the search for a specific email that was of the up most important

We use Keepit for every aspect of enterprise backup. Mail, sharepint, onedrive , teams, entera, power automate and more as it evolves. Since almost all our data is cloud bases its very important to have a backup of Azure. Keepit solves the backup air gap problem and location with its datacenters for example in Copenhagen.
