Keepit amazing value and support when you need it.

We currently use Keepit to back up our Microsoft 365 tenant. In addition to standard data backups, we use Keepit’s Advanced Entra ID features to protect our cloud identities. This includes regular backups of Entra ID objects, Intune settings, compliance policies, and configuration policies, helping ensure we can recover critical security and management settings if needed.

Keeping control of our Microsoft SaaS data with Keepit makes restores easy and reliable. Our backups are stored outside Microsoft, kept in our region, and protected from changes. If files, users, or settings are deleted by mistake, we can restore only what we need. The process is fast and straightforward. This reduces stress during incidents and gives us confidence we can recover quickly from errors, sync issues, or security events. Granular access also supports least‑privilege access.

Keepit's simple design has made a big difference for our us. Our Admins can quickly find backups, understand what they're restoring and complete recoveries without complex steps. This makes those high-pressure situations less stressful because of the simplicity. Day to day we aren't using this product, but it's so intuitive that even if you haven't used it in a while, completing your actions comes as second nature.
