Easy to use Enterprise grade M365 backup

We use Keepit to back up our entire Microsoft 365 environment. This includes users and shared mailboxes , sharepoint sites, onedrive accounts and Microsoft Teams Channels. The primairy business problem it addresses is the risk of data loss due to accidental deletion, ransomware, retention policy gaps or just malicious activity. While Microsoft provides retention, it does not provide a comprehensive backup solution.

Keeping control of our SaaS data via Keepit has significantly strengthened our confidence in the restore process and our overall recovery readiness. Because backups are stored independently from Microsoft, we are nog solely relying on their retention policies or recycle bins. This separation gives us a clean, immutable copy of our data.

The simplicity has greatly improved our IT team's confidence, efficiency and speed. It's intuitive interface makes searching, previewing and restoring data straightforward, reducing the learning curve.
