I use LACRM to manage my clients and seminar participants. I looked at several CRMs, and LACRM impressed me from the very first minute with its clear layout and structure. On the homepage, I can see my tasks, appointments, and pipelines. I have a progress report for each of my clients and can freely configure individual checkboxes and fields. All emails are automatically logged and assigned to the clients. I can enter notes, so I can see what we've discussed in previous interactions with clients. I can assign appointments to clients, which are synchronized with my Google Calendar. I can also assign tasks, which are displayed on my homepage and can be checked off. The integration with Tidycal (similar to Calendly) also works perfectly. Booked appointments, including the meeting link, are automatically added to my LACRM calendar. As a visual learner, I was pleased that I could customize the color scheme – it makes it more visually appealing. But the most ingenious feature is the forms: I've linked the forms to my landing pages, making it easy to collect and organize my prospects' data. The clear and simple structure makes it easy to navigate. I wouldn't want to live without LACRM anymore – it truly makes my life less annoying! I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Ich hatte mir mehrere CRMs angeschaut und LACRM hat mich von der ersten Minute überzeugt durch seine gute Übersichtlichkeit und Struktur. Auf der Home-Seite sehe ich meine Aufgaben, Termine und Pipelines. Ich habe zu jedem meiner Klienten eine Verlaufsdokumentation zur Verfügung und kann individuelle Check-Boxen und Felder frei zusammenstellen. Alle Emails werden automatisch geloggt und den Klienten zugeordnet. Ich kann Notizen eingeben und so bei jeder Interaktion mit den Klienten sehen, worüber wir die letzten Male gesprochen haben. Ich kann den Klienten Termine zuordnen, die mit meinem Google-Kalender synchronisiert werden. Ebenso kann ich Aufgaben zuordnen, die auf meiner Home-Seite angezeigt und abgehakt werden können. Auch die Verbindung von Tidycal (ähnlich Calendly) funktioniert perfekt. Gebuchte Termine landen inklusive Besprechungslink direkt in meinem LACRM-Kalender. Da ich ein visueller Typ bin, hat es mich gefreut, dass ich die Farbgestaltung selber einstellen kann - so schaue ich es mir auch gerne an. Aber das genialste sind die Formulare: Ich habe die Formulare auf meinen Landingpages verknüpft und kann so mit Leichtigkeit die Daten meiner Interessenten sammeln und organisieren. Durch die Übersichtlichkeit und Einfachheit der Struktur findet man sich leicht zurecht. Ich möchte nicht mehr ohne LACRM leben - es macht mein Leben wirklich "less annoying", also weniger nervtötend! Ich kann es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

  • I work in two time zones. I would like my two preferred time zones to be displayed when scheduling appointments, so I don't have to scroll through them every time. I would like to be able to specify in my calendar when I'm in each time zone, so I can see appointments at the correct time and not only when I'm already there.
  • These are minor things, nothing else comes to mind.

I run a small business. I tried a few big name CRM vendors but found them cumbersome and confusing to use. Fortunately, it turns out, those vendors have consultants on call who would be happy to set things up for the customer for a small fortune. To heck with that. And that is when Less Annoying CRM came to my attention. I've been using them for years with zero headaches and zero consultants. I strongly recommend them. Try it; you may be able to discard the Tylenol bottle.

I am the sales manager for an equine supplements company in NZ. Less Annoying CRM helps me to organize my cold calls, plan call lists, track client engagement and sales through the groups and pipelines, record client interest for future sales calls, track re-order dates for clients on my calendar, track important racing dates and events, consolidates my contacts list with simple and easy Intergrations via Google.

Before joining Less Annoying CRM, i was tracking most of my call information via spreadsheets and it has been an absolute game changer for me and allowed me to save time and effort with tasks. The staff are friendly and super helpful! I have really enjoyed using the program. I think the interface is excellent, simple, easy to navigate and easy to understand. I love the fact that I can customize every aspect of my interface with pipelines, groups, calendars and more. It has meant that my workspace runs efficiently for my specific needs!

As a dedicated member of a small business, I know how important it is to have good feedback, I think you guys are doing an excellent job!

We use LACRM as a general organizational tool that brings all of the information I need day to day into one place. It's a lightweight CRM compared to most, but I didn't need or want most of the heavier (and costlier) features that other services provide. I use it to track my schedule, contacts, tasks, and large overhead view of the different aspects of my business. It is not a shift scheduler or time clock. It is a slightly modular organizer for your operations information.

LACRM is odd because it is purposefully positioned below most CRMs. If you find that other CRMs are too complicated, feature-heavy, or expensive, then LACRM is perfect. It is basically an office assistant. You wouldn't have your assistant schedule shifts or manage payroll, but it does keep you organized and prepared for the days, weeks, and months in advance as long as you use it consistently! It is a wonderful tool that keeps my head on straight and my butt on time.

I run a solo business and work closely with lots of clients with differing backgrounds and needs. I also have lots of sales prospects coming through. Less Annoying CRM allows me to spend a lot less time collecting and finding information and helps me track processes.

  • Super easy to get up and running and build extra functions as you go - no big messy learning curve before you can use!

I have been in the insurance industry for over 30 years. I have seen many CRMs; some simple and some complex. However, I have not worked with one as easy and cost efficient as Less Annoying. Additionally, what is almost better than the CRM itself is the support they give. They are quick to respond and very willing to go above and beyond in answering our questions! Less Annoying CRM simplified the CRM process removing so much of the unnecessary project analysis and projections giving us the needed client and prospect tracking. Less Annoying CRM is not intimidating to our staff and is easy to learn and get jump started. Meanwhile, the support staff is unbelievably responsive and helpful.

We have not tried to do any projections as we use the system for client and lead tracking, so it has more than met our expectations. It is easy to extract data from the online system and even though they do not have a traditional IOS App they have a system in place that is quite adequate. We enjoy the Outlook email and calendar integration.

I use Less Annoying CRM every day — I genuinely can’t do without it. As someone who manages publicity, marketing and custom campaigns across multiple clients in publishing, bookselling, and libraries, I need a system that’s flexible, easy to use, and affordable. Less Annoying CRM is all that and more.

What I love most is how customisable it is. I’ve created fields specific to my workflows, set up pipelines for different campaign stages, and use the reporting tools to track progress and share updates with clients. I can log emails, add notes and files, and quickly see the full history of every contact I’ve worked with.

It’s intuitive, reliable, and backed by excellent customer support. I’ve worked with larger, more expensive systems in the past, but none have been as effective or user-friendly as this. For small businesses — and honestly, for big ones too — Less Annoying CRM is the best solution I’ve found.

It’s perfect for small businesses where you need accountability, flexibility, and simplicity without a huge learning curve or cost. It's not easy for me to describe a scenario where it is less appropriate without being in that space. Perhaps complex enterprise sales teams with deep automation needs or multi-user teams needing advanced permissions and segmentation. But for individual consultants or small teams, it’s more than enough.

I am a coach and consultant and use LACRM for tracking all the details of all of my clients. I take notes in their profile and easily refer to them each session. I also LOVE being able to track my tasks by person! It’s keeps a history of every action I’ve taken. I have never been as organized or productive as I am now in my 10 years in business.

  • When a task becomes past due, it shows up on the workplace task list at the bottom. But in order to get it to the top, I have to change the due date. I wish I could simply slide it up and be promoted to change the date then.

I use Less Annoying CRM for everything from client tracking, opportunity tracking and managing my calendar. I also use the email logging feature, and it is great having a full picture of all of my communication with each client. I no longer have to keep separate files for notes, calendars and email tracking. It is all right in Less Annoying CRM. It is so simple to use and extremely powerful.
