Overall Satisfaction with Less Annoying CRM
I am a coach and consultant and use LACRM for tracking all the details of all of my clients. I take notes in their profile and easily refer to them each session. I also LOVE being able to track my tasks by person! It’s keeps a history of every action I’ve taken. I have never been as organized or productive as I am now in my 10 years in business.
Pros
- Tracks details for clients
- Tracks tasks by person
Cons
- When a task becomes past due, it shows up on the workplace task list at the bottom. But in order to get it to the top, I have to change the due date. I wish I could simply slide it up and be promoted to change the date then.
- More organized. More productive.
- More in the k is when I meet with a client again
