Overall Satisfaction with Less Annoying CRM
Less Annoying CRM simplified the CRM process removing so much of the unnecessary project analysis and projections giving us the needed client and prospect tracking. Less Annoying CRM is not intimidating to our staff and is easy to learn and get jump started. Meanwhile, the support staff is unbelievably responsive and helpful.
Pros

- Easy to schedule one on one phone calls.
- Fantastic and concise technical support by email or by quality and informative articles.
Cons
- Less Annoying CRM has not been found to be lacking in anything thus far.
- We have not crunched hard numbers so we cannot report accurately. We use this system for simple client and lead tracking and notes/memos and it more than serves that purpose.
Less Annoying CRM has such a small learning curve compared to all of the others.
