During this challenging phase, an industry expert wrote an article where he mentioned the use of SaaS-based tools that can eliminate such challenges with smooth functioning. I asked my team to start looking into such solutions and do a comparison. Finally, after a decent comparison and couple of demos, we finalized LoginRadius. We used it till mid-2018 and the overall system was running smooth.,Handling a load of customer logins. LoginRadius system can manage hundreds of thousands of concurrent logins while other systems like Gigya can manage up to 5-6K logins only. Third party integrations. The platform is equipped with more than 150 third party pre-configured API integrations and works on a real-time basis. The system is equipped with auto scalable server mechanism and load balancing so if the traffic increases with more than 35% of the existing server limits then they automatically receive alerts and start taking actions.,Very secured, even they cannot retrieve login password by themselves. Finally, after a decent comparison and couple of demos, we finalized LoginRadius. We used it till mid-2018 and the overall system was running smooth.
  • Handling a load of customer logins. LoginRadius system can manage hundreds of thousands of concurrent logins while other systems like Gigya can manage up to 5-6K logins only.
  • Third party integrations. The platform is equipped with more than 150 third party pre-configured API integrations and works on a real-time basis.
  • The system is equipped with auto scalable server mechanism and load balancing so if the traffic increases with more than 35% of the existing server limits then they automatically receive alerts and start taking actions.

We use LoginRadius to manage the profile of our customers and use identities to improve our ROI. We also use their SSO for our multiple web properties, which improves customer experience as they don't need to log in to each property individually, which was a major problem before we opted for CIAM solution.

  • Data migration process is smooth
Their CIAM solution is suited for companies that have a very large user base (more than million). For small-scale industries though, it will be a costly affair, so they should go for free solutions.
