On our e-commerce platform, we use Luigi's Box as our primary product search engine. Luigi's Box allows our customers to freely search and explore the store for products they are interested in. Contextual search and AI support gives very good results and accurate results. Thanks to full integration with our store, this solution, in its basic form, is almost maintenance-free.

Luigi's Box solved the issue of searching of products on our online store. Our online store implemented Luigis Box and thanks to that, our customers can find desired product much easier. After implementing Luigi's Box, thousands of visitors and potential customers have easier time looking for products, they are also offered extra suggestions by offering similar products, or top product in category.

Our previous search engine had a problem with searching (however that sounds). The search engine from Luigi's Box has very advanced search scripts, including contextual search. It is a very modern tool that supports sales. As a user, you have access to a wide panel of analyses that significantly support sales. The tool allows for many customization options - a helpful team customizes the appearance and filters and constantly supports the implementation and functioning of the search engine.

The boost function which allows us to prioritise showing customers certain products over others, which improves conversions.

The tool does a great job with contextual search and supports users by understanding synonyms. A big advantage is the ability to boost some products and the great possibilities of customizing the tool to the user's needs. It all comes down to providing the right feed with enough detail and you can easily get a very good search engine.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use some functionalities to optimize campaigns on Google Ads. Phrase analysis is useful to me because I can see what people are looking for. It also helps me assess the traffic we have on the site. I can observe trends, for example, during specific periods of the year, so I can see if a specific phrase or product is starting to be very repetitive. I really do like the possibility to see exit rate, phrases without clicks etc.

Luigi's Box significantly helped us to improve the functioning of the e-shop and the satisfaction of our customers. What I like the most is their smart search, which works really accurately. So customers quickly find exactly what they are looking for and product recommendations are perfectly tailored to their interests. As a person who works daily in cosmetics sales, I also appreciate clear analytical tools. Thanks to them, we know exactly what suits our customers and where we can still improve something. The whole system is very easy to use which has saved us a lot of time and their support is always willing to help when we need something. Thanks to Luigi's Box, our sales have increased and our customers are more satisfied, which is the most important thing for us as a company. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to take their e-shop to the next level! We use Luigi's Box to improve searching on our website via the search bar, and use the analytics section to find out what are trending searches and what are non-converting searches. The searching is intuitive and displays results for the customer quickly and clearly. The ability to recognise synonyms and mis-spellings to still show accurate results is great for our customers. This is especially helpful for our customers who don't have the time to search through sections on our website looking for the products that they need, and leads to more conversions overall. The customization tools are also very good.

The analytics section allows us to improve product development for trending products, and also for using the boost function to get the products that we know are likely to convert in front of the customer.

Luigi's Box resolves several problems for our business. The product resolves the issue of customer mispelling their search terms or the customer calling the item something different to what we call it, for example the cusotmer may call it a sink plug, and we name it a basin waste, with our previous search facility this would not have found the items the customer was looking for as it was very specific, Luigi's Box resolves this as it will pull what the customers looking for via its smart technology. Luigi's Box also helps us to discover what search terms are being commonly looked for so if we do not sell these items we can look to expand our range to include popular things our customers are looking for.

Luigi's Box finds a choice of products to display to the customers based on their search term.
Luigi's Box picks up on spelling mistakes and similar terms to help the customers find what they need without frustration
this helps us find out what the customers are regularly searching for and what our potential customers need.

Cons

More choice for customisation and layout would be good.
More payment options for example the choice to pay via direct debit.

Luigi's Box is particularly suited to scenarios where items may be called more than one thing, either by different brands or within the industry compared to what the customer may call it, the ability to pick out synonyms etc means its still able to find suitable products even when referred to differently.

We needed an ecommerce search solution that worked well out of the box, did not require weeks worth of IT work and provided a great search functionality to our customers. Luigi's Box provided all of these things and more. In ecommerce, search is vital to help customers find the right product quickly so they don't jump off the site and we lose a sale. Luigi's Box's search system has been brilliant, it did not need much set up time and worked well without any customisation.
