Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We were facing huge issue of app stickness and M2 retention, with MoEngage on board and their support csm team they helped us build usecases and new journeys to fill those gaps in retention which eventually lead to more revenue we thought we would bring this quarter. The analytics and dashboard they've built is super helpful

Pros

  • Analytics and dashboard showing your campaign metrics and journey statistics
  • Ease of use from creating new journey to editing and duplicating them
  • MoEngage CSM is really helpful

Cons

  • Their UI needs improvement since it's not user friendly atp
  • There are few lags which you would face when you have scaled

  • We got app stickeness from 7% to 18%
  • Retention for M2 jumped 60%

  • Basic use cases of Push Notifcation and Email enablement
  • Scheduling certain events with an API, as we have more APIs it's become very useful

Cons

  • More complex use cases cannot be catered
  • MoEngage has bugs that hinder operations
  • Service level is quite bad when escalating issues
  • Scalability is not the best when taking on high growth usage

Return on Investment

  • Enables the team to focus on more events that could generate better results
  • Schedule with APIs allows more scalable operations
  • The bugs tend to block the overall operations from going well
