We eliminated physical phones and implemented remote technologies to reduce the down times in operational duties. Making this decision helpes the company to increase our reliability and trust when natural disasters, abroad travelling, remote assistance, absentism not doesn't even hurt the operation. Glad to use Net2Phone for the last 6+ years and will definitely continu doing so.

Net2phone was great solving all telephony needs abroad abd within united states covering office needs and call center.
not as good with mass calling (200+ calls at the same time are not doable) and definitely less appropriate with the sms service (text messaging for campaigns), and trying to utilize huddle like a zoom replacement
