Overall Satisfaction with Net2Phone
We use Net2Phone as our primary source for out and inbound calling. We also use them for video meetings.
- Does a great job of staying in service
- Allows one to pay their bill online with reminders of due dates
- Allows for many features that make us more productive
- A little convoluted to use their video conferencing.....Huddle
- Not always easy to call forward my calls
- Have a different voice for their recording of a welcome menu
- Hard to quantify.
- We seem to get more clear voice mails
- The ability to get an email when you miss a call and can access your voice mail from anywhere helps with managing time
