Cost and ROI Concerns

Implementation costs around $115,000 were very heavy initially and still haven't been recouped but are slowly eroding. Third party tools for reporting also adds costs on top of the up front implementation.

Financial Management & Reporting

NetSuite One World is our primary accounting system, and we utilize it for all internal and external financial reporting.

Data Consolidation & Centralization

It is wonderful to have all the vendor information in one place, including contact information, vendor payment history, and a place to store documents, such as W-9 and banking information.

Inventory & Order Management

NetSuite is our one source of truth for customer records, order management, and inventory control.

Customization Complexity

Uniformity of how certain functions behave for similar transactions. If an Invoice can be Printed or Emailed, so should a Credit Memo. It really dont make sense to not have the pint/email engine work for any transaction that could potentially need to go to a customer.

User Interface (UI) / User Experience (UX)

Pages feel visually dated and layout at times lacks modern spacing, grouping and design logic.

Performance / Slowness

I have found it to be a bit slow sometimes when saving.
