Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP

Our company fully encompasses the use of NetSuite for accounting, inventory, sales, purchases, and picking and packing of pharmaceutical products. We enter our purchase orders, inventory items, accounts payable, accounts receivable, sales prospects, sales leads, customer orders, customer order returns, and our picking and packing of products through NetSuite. We have our voice over IP desktop phone application fully incorporated into NetSuite so that phone call interactions, SMS, and text messages are fully captured in our system.

  • There is a steep learning curve for those that are unfamiliar with ERPs. More self-help tools would be nice to see.

NetSuite offers a more integrated approach, combining CRM with ERP functionalities. NetSuite is better for our business because we needed a broader range of business management tools. NetSuite is an all-in-one enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution that includes CRM functionalities alongside finance, inventory, and e-commerce management, making it suitable for organizations, like ours, that require a comprehensive business management system.

NetSuite, along with certain third-party software, streamlines the entire work process for pharmaceutical distributors. From the cultivation of sales accounts to the purchasing aspect and the picking, packing, and shipping process, NetSuite handles things for you. Albeit NetSuite is somewhat expensive, they do offer much that comes along with the price tag. They are always available to jump on a call or have a video meeting to quickly address your current needs or any issues that might arise.
