Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP

NetSuite is our Financial System, which contains all financial data. It is fully integrated with other tools within the company, such as commission, HR profiles, and Salesforce (CRM). We also utilise NetSuite ERP for Reports, be that to various stakeholders or internal managers. One of the benefits is automation; numerous journals can be automated within NetSuite.

NetSuite is a great, powerful tool; however, due to the number of features available, it can be quite confusing to navigate to find things. The way I navigate is by using the search options because I forgot how to find it through the menu. This is my only negative point to make.

I come from a background of Oracle and using the installed version of Oracle, using Netsuite, as a SaaS (Software as a Solution), it is much easier to manage the tool. As an admin user, I love the way NetSuite operates and how user-friendly it is. Furthermore, automation helps reduce time and connections with other tools.
