Use Cases and Deployment Scope
CRM for keeping in touch with clients, newsletters are sent out in groups, managing our placements and follow updates, birthdays, lead, and sales management.
Pros
- Group Messages with message tracking.

- Keeping track of client details and update calls

Cons
- Group messages - can only been seen by the person sending them so if you have other users they can't see if a shared client has opened or clicked.
- Understanding how to use the system - yes there is help desk etc but you really need someone who understands how to get it setup
- Formatting of emails - it has slightly improved but it is still quite fiddly to get a nice looking email.
Likelihood to Recommend
Managing recalls via lists and using tags is good, I like the messages being tracked and emails are uploaded into Nimble automatically. We set up call lists for cold and warm leads and you can rate clients in different ways. The unsubscribe system is really good.
The group messages are good.
Templates for sending out regular messages are great - we use these for our newsletters and change just the content each month but they are still fiddly with their formatting.
